Get in touch with us via phone or email. We will take a few minutes to gather some basic information from you such as your child’s name, age, birthday, and insurance policy information. Once we confirm your policy information with your insurance provider, we will contact you to set up an assessment at your convenience.

Our team of trained professionals will meet with you to discuss your child and their unique needs. We ask questions about your family structure, your child’s strengths, and areas of concern. We will also find out what goals are most important for your family in order to create a treatment plan that will best address all of your child’s needs.

Using the information gathered from the assessment, a BCBA will create a customized treatment plan for your child. The treatment plan will consist of communication, social, adaptive daily living, and behavioral goals that will help your child better navigate everyday life.

Once the treatment plan has been approved, we will set you up with a trained RBT to provide 1:1 therapy under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
